DGFT Invites TRQ Applications Under India–Oman CEPA for FY 2026-27
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued Public Notice No. 24/2026-27 dated 03 August 2026, inviting applications for Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) allocation under the India–Oman Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) for the financial year 2026-27.

Applicants importing Marble Blocks must submit a valid Chartered Engineer (CE) Certificate confirming:
- Installed processing capacity
- Machinery installation
- Production undertaken during the preceding three financial years
Marble Slabs and Marble Stone Products
For Marble Slabs and specified marble products, applicants must submit:
- A valid pre-purchase agreement with the supplier in Oman.
PET Flakes
Applicants importing PET Flakes are required to submit:
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC), as prescribed in the notification.
